  • June 2019, Gurugram, India

In the current and Future business environment the number one factor which defines growth and remarkable success is how one “Thinks” and uses “Brain preferences” to make critical decisions, winning choices, business strategy, influence investors, engage talent, and drive creativity. In the past 20 years NBI is the only validated tool available for assessing “Brain Preferences” in Adults and leveraging insights for “Creativity” and Innovation” in all areas of business and personal life.

NBI is one of the few assessment tools validated and endorsed by Ivy league universities like Columbia University for their Coaching and Organization development programs. It is mandatory for executive coaches who qualify from the Advanced Coach Intensive of Columbia university to understand their own brain preferences and develop less dominant thinking styles.

Overview of the Training

NBI practitioners program is a Whole Brain certification and training course aimed at equipping people to become practitioners of the NBI®. The hands-on course provides the necessary insight, knowledge, skills and techniques for applying the NBI® to individuals, groups, teams and classrooms, and to give guidance to adults and children. The practitioner program provides practitioners a better understanding of thinking preferences, the brain quadrants and 8 dimensions of the brain to help them administer the various profile instruments.
