Eli passionately believes in the power of systematic innovation to clarify challenges, crystallize solutions, and create real value.
He specializes in the creation and management of organizational innovation through the adoption of lean startup best practices for the creation of the lean enterprise. Eli is an Australian ex-pat, working in the Israeli innovation and start-up ecosystem. His clients include Bank Leumi, SanDisk (WD), NICE, Micron (Intel), the Israeli Police, Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Fritz. Previously he headed Organizational Innovation at Amdocs, a global telecommunications software leader with over 25,000 employees worldwide, and has over 22 years’ international experience in a variety of business, marketing and innovation roles. Eli advises managers and innovators on creating internal organizational innovation (intrapreneurship) via best practice innovation tools and methodologies, and manages the end-to-end ideation process (Challenge to Idea to Prototype to Incubation). He provides unique presentations, workshops and training using best practice tools to empower employees to turn their creativity into tangible and positive change.
Eli has an MBA (Innovation & Entrepreneurship) from the IDC, Herzliya, as well as degrees in Law and Business Management from UNSW, Sydney, Australia. He lectures on innovation at conferences and at Israel’s leading universities, including at Bar Ilan University’s Executive MBA program, and Emeritus Management College where he teaches the “MIT’s Approach to Design Thinking” courses. He also lectures to the Israeli Air Force’s Innovation Unit at StarTAU (Tel Aviv University’s Innovation Center), and mentors at the “Gvahim – The Hive” incubator.
